Signature cocktails in the heart of Palermo.
Where stories get written
Backroom started with a simple wish: to bring something new to a city that already knew how to eat well and stay out late. Its founders built it from the trips and the nights that stayed with them, and brought it all under one roof: signature cocktails, plates to share, live music and the kind of service that makes every guest feel at home.
Open every day from noon until 5 a.m., with the kitchen going right up to closing. Monday to Saturday at 6:30 p.m., the Sunset Jazz Sessions begin. With a bit of luck, one of the founders turns up for the now-legendary shot time.
At Backroom, you’re never quite sure if you went out or came home.
