Signature cocktails in the heart of Providencia.
Over the Andes
Crossing the Andes was almost a whim: Backroom wanted more people to live the experience. In Providencia it opened a house with a bohemian soul, set on changing the way Santiago goes out to eat and drink.
Here, every guest picks their own night: a jazz show on one of the best sound systems in Santiago, or a long talk with friends while the band plays in the background. A bar more than 11 meters long and over 130 whiskies set the scene. Everyone writes their own story.

Signature cocktails
The menu travels through art history, from the Renaissance to today. Each drink turns an era, its colors and its techniques into flavor.

If any object can become art, any flavor can tell a story.
